COOKIES Policy

Effective as of February 25, 2025, at 22:07.

Introduction

This document informs Users about the technologies that help this Application achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner to access and store information (for example, using a Cookie) or use resources (for example, executing a script) on a User’s device as they interact with this Application.

For simplicity, all these technologies are defined as “Trackers” in this document – unless there is a reason to differentiate them. For example, while Cookies can be used in web browsers and mobile devices, it would be incorrect to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile applications, as they are a browser-based tracker. For this reason, in this document, the term Cookies is only used where it specifically indicates that particular type of Tracker.

Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User’s permission. Whenever permission is granted, it can be freely withdrawn at any time, following the instructions provided in this document.

This Application uses only Trackers managed directly by the Owner (known as “first-party” Trackers). The validity and expiration periods of first-party Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary, depending on the time frame established by the Owner. Some of them expire upon the end of the User’s browsing session.

How This Application Uses Trackers

Necessary

This Application uses Cookies known as “technical” Cookies and other similar Trackers to perform activities that are strictly necessary to operate or provide the Service.

How to Manage Preferences and Provide or Withdraw Consent in this Service

Whenever the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users will be able to provide or withdraw that consent by setting or updating their preferences through the respective privacy options panel available in this service.

How to Control or Delete Cookies and Similar Technologies Through Your Device Settings

Users can use their browser settings to:

  • check which Cookies or other similar technologies have been set on the device;
  • block Cookies or similar technologies;
  • clear Cookies or similar technologies from the browser.

However, browser settings do not allow granular control of consent by category.

Users may, for example, find information on how to manage Cookies in the most commonly used browsers at the following addresses:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Brave
  • Opera

Users will also be able to manage certain categories of Trackers used in mobile applications by opting out through the respective device settings, such as advertising settings for mobile devices or tracking settings in general (Users can open device settings and look for the respective settings).

Consequences of Denying the Use of Trackers

Users can freely decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, it is important to note that Trackers help this Application provide a better experience and advanced functionalities to Users (according to the purposes described in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may not be able to provide the related features.
